How do I check my order status?
Click on the account located in the navigation bar found on top of each page. Click on the link Order Status & History and all current and previous orders will be displayed. Select an order and view the order details.
What if my order is missing or damaged?
Please contact customer service toll-free at 1-800-952-7627 with your order number.

We offer ground shipping only.
Can I ship my order internationally?
This site only allows shipping to the continental U.S.
Does sales tax apply?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on deliveries to those states where we are located. The appropriate sales taxes is added for your area where required: CA, GA, MI, TX.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Return Policy
Customers are required to inspect items immediately upon arrival. Notification of any claim due to shortage, damage or defect will be communicated to Sport Mate® Products within 5 days of delivery. Sport Mate® Products will not accept returned items without a Returned Material Authorization Number, which will be obtained from a Sport Mate® Products customer service representative. Under no circumstances will a Returned Material Authorization Number be issued after 60 days from the date of delivery.
Restocking Fee
Sport Mate® Club Products charges a restocking fee, equal to 25% of the returned item(s) purchase price. This fee does not apply to defective items or items that have been shipped in error by the supplier.

You will need to log in first. On each product web page, you will have the choice to add items to your favorites. To view items on your favorites list, click on Account located in the navigation bar found on top of each page.
